I am happy to share my first project of my Year 3 at Breda University of Applied Sciences! My goal was to Recreate a Garment from the Series Shōgun (specifically Lord Yoshii Toranaga's Garment). The base was simulated in Marvelous Designer, I have explored this software previously, but this time my project allowed me to learn a lot more about it, I have also explored the retopology feature in Marvelous. In Zbrush, I have added additional details, sculpted folds and seams using various tools such as custom made brushes. Combination of Maya and Blender was used for UVs. This Block, I have also explored Substance Designer, which I found to be very fun and hope to learn more about and experiment with in the future. Texturing and Baking was done in Substance Painter. The Garment is Game-Ready and Rendered in Unreal Engine. Overall, I got the chance to improve my hard-skills and learn many new ones throughout the process.
